Founder and Managing Member – David Froemming

David began his career in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area supporting a commercial real estate asset manager at New Boston Fund, Inc. He then worked for Prescient Capital Management in commercial real estate private lending. David began buying and renovating foreclosures in 2011, utilizing unique relationships to replace HVAC systems via wholesalers. David has a degree in Finance and Real Estate Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
